Delivery & Return Policy

1) Multi-Supplier Orders

We partner with multiple trusted suppliers. Items in one order may:

  • Ship separately and arrive on different days.

  • Have supplier-specific return rules. Our default policy (15 days) applies unless a product page states otherwise or a supplier requires a different window. We’ll confirm eligibility when you contact us.

Return addresses differ by supplier and are provided only after a return is approved (RMA issued).


2) Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it: unused, unopened, with seals intact, and in original packaging (including accessories, gifts, manuals).

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Timeframes

  • Damaged/defective/incorrect item: Report within 7 days of delivery.

  • All other returns (change of mind, etc.): Initiate within 15 days of delivery.

We may request clear photos/videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to assess the issue and expedite resolution.


3) Non-Returnable / Final-Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not returnable:

  • Opened or used personal-care products (skincare, soaps, deodorants, sprays, etc.).

  • Personalized, monogrammed, or made-to-order items.

  • Items marked Final Sale on the product page.

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper use.

  • Gift cards, samples, and trial-size items.

If a product page lists a stricter policy from a supplier, that policy will apply.


4) Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Our error (damaged in transit, defective on arrival, wrong item/variant): We cover return shipping or provide a free replacement when appropriate.

  • Customer preference (change of mind, wrong size/color ordered, refused delivery, undeliverable due to incorrect address): Customer covers return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a prepaid label is provided and the package is not shipped within the stated timeframe, the authorization may be cancelled.


5) How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)

  1. Email us at info@ecobeaut.com with your order number, item name/SKU, and reason for return.

  2. Attach photos/videos (damages, defects, wrong item, unopened seals/packaging).

  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and, if approved, send an RMA and the correct return address (supplier-specific).

  4. Pack securely in original packaging, include all inserts/accessories, and write the RMA on the outside.

  5. Ship within 7 days of approval and share the tracking number with us.

Unapproved or incorrectly addressed returns may be refused or lost; we can’t issue refunds on such returns.


6) Refunds & Processing Times

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial:

  • Approved refunds: issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

  • Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

  • If 15 business days pass after our approval and you don’t see the refund, contact us at info@ecobeaut.com.

Partial refunds may apply for items returned not in original condition (missing parts, packaging damage, signs of use).


7) Replacements & Exchanges

For damaged/defective or incorrect items, we’ll offer a replacement or exchange where available. If the item is out of stock, we’ll provide a refund or store credit.


8) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, notify us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with a carrier investigation. Outcomes depend on carrier results and coverage.
